Eph. 2:12 (NKJV)
that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
What does it mean to be hopeless? Hopelessness means without God. The two are not just synonymous, they are one. Part of the horror of hell is that it is without God and therefore hopeless. We, who have been saved from our hopeless state must remember today that those we bump into, and rub shoulders with are too hopeless without God. May we be used of Him today to bring hope tot he hopeless.

About "In the Daily"
Each week I will choose 1 chapter to read repeatedly every day. As I repeat it I will ask God to give me one verse from that chapter from which I can draw out one phrase. I will memorize that one phrase and from that, choose one key word. That key word will be written out in a thought, and meditated on throughout the daily.
