Thought: From time to time we get restless. It may be a restless night of sleep. It may be that we get restless while waiting, or restless in the events of our life. The tongue is a restless evil. It never sleeps, it paces back and forth waiting for opportunity.

About "In the Daily"
Each week I will choose 1 chapter to read repeatedly every day. As I repeat it I will ask God to give me one verse from that chapter from which I can draw out one phrase. I will memorize that one phrase and from that, choose one key word. That key word will be written out in a thought, and meditated on throughout the daily.
